Products and information

The website and catalogue describe our occupational therapy, rehabilitation and sensory integration equipment. Photos, colours, sizes and specifications are for guidance and may vary slightly from the delivered product. We may change products, designs and specifications without notice.

Our equipment should be used under the guidance of a qualified therapist or professional and as instructed. Information on the website is not medical advice.

Prices and quotations

Prices are not shown on the website unless stated. A quotation is valid for the period written on it and is subject to stock availability. Prices are in Indian Rupees and GST is charged as applicable.

Orders and payment

An order is confirmed only after we accept it in writing (for example by a confirmed quotation, proforma or invoice) and receive any agreed advance payment. Payment terms are as stated on the quotation or invoice.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. Freight, packing and installation are charged as stated on the quotation. Please check the goods on delivery and report any transit damage or shortage within 48 hours, with photos where possible.

Returns, replacements and warranty

Custom-made or modified items cannot be returned. Manufacturing defects reported within the 2 days of delivery will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, incorrect installation or unauthorised repairs.

Use of the website

You may use the website and download the catalogue for your own information. Do not copy, republish or misuse the content, images or catalogue for commercial purposes without our written permission. All content and trademarks belong to APS Rehabilitation Equipment or their respective owners.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the website or our products. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Patna, Bihar have jurisdiction over any dispute.
